Starting today, I’m determined to tighten up and give it my all again.
Keeping up motivation can be really challenging.
Whenever there’s a temptation, my focus easily shifts towards it and I end up slacking off.
I believe this goes beyond just needing more determination or having weak willpower.
I think it’s necessary to change the environment and physically break those bad habits.
