Today, I woke up, did the laundry, and had a fulfilling morning by going to the gym and taking a walk with a cup of coffee.
It’s amazing how watching the anime “Haikyuu!!” while running or training boosts my motivation and feels great.
Going to the gym becomes even more enjoyable.
I’m looking forward to the new season.
