Today was exhausting!
With the impending arrival of my period, it was a day of intense emotional ups and downs.
On days like this, I find myself thinking, “Irritation comes easily, so please don’t provoke me…!”haha
Even small things that I would normally laugh off become irritating on days like these.
I’ll take it easy, get some rest, and prepare for tomorrow.

今日は疲れたー！生理が近いということもあり、感情の起伏が激しい1日だった。こういう日は特に、「イラっとしやすいから刺激しないで・・・！」て勝手ながら思ってしまう。笑 普段なら笑ってスルーできるようなちょっとしたことも、こういう時ってどうしてもイライラしてしまいがち。ゆっくり休んで明日に備えよう。
