Today, I spent the whole day just lounging around.
Maybe it’s because my period is approaching, but I can’t seem to satisfy my appetite, and I feel so sleepy.
In the morning, I went for a walk to a café for some coffee and did a bit of shopping afterward.
In the afternoon, I hit the gym for some minimal workout and then just lazed around.
It’s my once-a-week chill day.haha
