Recently, with the school holidays starting and more people taking vacations, there have been very few customers, and I have a lot of free time at work…
Today, I practiced latte art using expired milk.
I’m currently practicing the swan latte art.
I have the image in my mind, but when it comes to actually moving my hands, it’s quite challenging.
I feel like I’ve grasped the technique quite a bit through today’s practice, so maybe I’m just one step away from being able to consistently create swan latte art with each attempt…!
最近は世の中がスクールホリデーに入って休暇を取る人が増えているため、お客さんがすごく少なくて仕事中暇な時間が多い・・・ 今日は賞味期限切れになってしまった牛乳を使ってラテアートの練習をした。今はスワンのラテアートを練習中。イメージはできているのに、いざ手を動かすとなかなか難しいんだよな。今日の練習でだいぶコツは掴めたような気がするから、完璧なスワンを量産できるようになるまでもう一息かな・・・！
